Our Printing Methods

  • Water-Based Screen printing

Water-based screen printing is a printing technique that uses water-based inks to create vibrant, durable designs on apparel and other materials. Unlike traditional plastisol inks, water-based inks are eco-friendly, made with water as the primary solvent, resulting in softer prints that blend into the fabric for a comfortable feel.

  • Plastisol Screen Printing

Plastisol screen printing is a widely used technique that applies thick, vibrant plastisol inks—made from PVC particles suspended in a plasticizer—onto apparel or other surfaces through a mesh screen to create bold, durable designs. The ink is layered onto the material and heat-cured to form a slightly raised, long-lasting print that resists fading and cracking.

  • Direct-to-Film

Have a complicated design or wanting to print a high resolution photo on a garment? Direct-to-film (DTF) t-shirt decoration is a modern printing technique where a design is printed onto a special film using water-based or pigment inks, then transferred to a t-shirt or fabric using a heat press. The process involves printing the design onto a transfer film, applying a powder adhesive, and curing it before pressing it onto the garment.
